Can a cousin sign for a piercing if shes 18?

I want a lip ring can my cousin who is 18 sign for me as a guardian?

    I think so, as long as she's an adult. (which she is obviously)

    They would probably prefer a parent/guardian and it'll look like she is your friend raither then your guardian being such a close age.

    Is she legally your guardian?

    That's the only way they'll accept her signing for you.

    Normally, any adult signing for a minor has to be at least 25 years old. But that's really something to check in your state law.

    if the place is dumb. leagally no if shes not the legal guardian.
