Is Ben Bernanke a criminal who makes Madoff look like a candy thief?
Is Bernanke a criminal if so explain why...if not explain why.

He is criminal because he presides over a criminal institution.

The federal reserve controls interest rates and the money supply. That does make it a powerful organization, but I don't think Bernanke is a criminal. Maybe he made some mistakes by keeping interest rates too low, but the guy makes less than 200k per year.
I don't know how much truth there is with the conspiracy theories about the fed. Maybe they are some secret organization which controls the world. I think they just deal with the money supply, and most of the crooks are on Wall Street. I could be wrong though.

Not really, no. Bernanke has been managing the money supply in approximately the same manner that any qualified person would under the same circumstances.
