I live in Wisconsin where we have very cold weather in winter & I usually do get eczema a lot but usually in between my fingers, on my arms, & legs places were I can just use a little bit of lotion or hydro-cortisone cream on. Now I have it on my face & no matter what I use it just doesn't seem to be going away. The pharmacist suggested Eucerin Plus Intensive Repair Lotion (which I have been using for a month but for the face it's SO greasy & now from the heavy Eucerin I am starting to break out on top of it! yikes!) Is there anything over the counter or natural remedy I can try 1st before going to a Dermatologist or Allergist? (yes, my allergies are terrible too & I hate running from Dr. to Dr. if I don't have too). Ok, natural/over the counter stuff 1st but if you do get this on your face & use an RX prescription that does work, then please share. My skin is just very sensitive & I use Cetaphil once at night to cleanse my face, in the a.m. I just splash water on it. 10 points to best answer, thanks!
