Does anyone know how to get "internet security 2010" off my computer?

My computer got infected with this "rogue anti-spyware" crap, and I thought my computer had a whole lot of viruses on it. But as it turns out this is just a virus itself, and I need to know if anyone can tell me how to get it off my computer so that I don't have to spend a ton of money taking my computer to a professional and have my whole hard drive wiped clean. Please help me, i'm so desperate.
