加a 的時候是單數 但 father and son 是2個人 所以要用複數

2.They are cat and dog.

加a 的時候是單數 但 cat and dog 是2隻動物 所以要用複數

3.She is a mother.

如果不加 a 就要改成：They are mothers. ( 變成複數)
