    1.She screamed and woke up [in] her bed.

    Problem: Never will we use [in] after woke up, since we know that "woke up" this action has already told you that the action is taken place in bed.

    Correction: She screamed and woke up.

    OR She screamed in bed and she woke up.

    2.Although it was not real,she [will] not forget this dream.

    Problem: Since the first clause has already used the past tense, you have to follow the tense before or you should change the tense of [be] in the first clause.

    Correction: Although it was not real,she would not forget this dream.
