As marry has 23 marbles and it is easily shows that 7/23 means 7pf out of 23 are yellow. On the other hand 13/23 says that 13 pf of 23 are blue. So rest of the marbles are green. So,
23-(13+7) = 3 marbles are green.
Now if you say how do I know that that is green, It is the law of basic colors that if you mix up yellow and blue they will form green.

If there are 23 marbles, then 1 marble is 1/23 of the total. 7 marbles are yellow, 13 are blue.
7 + 13 = 20
That leaves 3 marbles that are green.

try adding 7 and 13 and then subtracting from 23 you find how many marbles are left that haven't been designated as a color and that should be blueSource(s): myself
