Are all compounds with polar covalent bonds poloar molecules?

Hello.

I'm doing a chemistry worksheet and one of the true false questions are: All compounds with polar covalent bonds are polar molecules. Is this true or false? I can't find the answer anywhere.

    No. ex. CF4 has 4 polar covalent bonds, but no dipole moment since they cancel each other out.
