Where is the rich text editor button on Yahoo! Mail?

I want to add pictures to my email without attaching it and I need the rich text editor button but I can't find it. Where is it?

    On the Compose page it should say Rich Text, click that. If it says Plain Text, you are using Rich Text. On the mail screen click Options, then click Mail Options, under General go to Composing Emails. Click Compose messages as color and graphics. Click Save Changes. If it is already checked, then you are using Rich Text.

    13/11/2014 - there is no Rich Text option on the Compose page - only a box saying 'Attach files'. There are no longer any options - everything disappeared a few days ago. I can no longer format e.mails and I cannot find an answer on here!

    Advertisers are waisting their dollars...We spend more time to make Yahoo Mail work then time to read you ads.

    Yahoo has again screwed over it's many Neophyte Computer Users just about the time we think we have it all under control.......I think they are a bunch of sick, sick, nerds who just love screwing with us!!!! :(

    helpo help helpo ... I am using the new _) horrible - yahoo mail and i can no longer use rich text..
