gurl just hold on there..losing weight is not as easy as u think it is... you need a lot of commitment and dedication to be able to lose weight. But, I'm going to give you some tips on how to lose weight.
1.Diet, plays the most important role when you are trying to lose weight. You have to watch your proportion. The calories you consume. You need to start eating healthy foods and start avoiding 'junk' they call it. When i meant by healthy food would be grains, legumes, cereal, vegetables/salad and fruits. I said and I'll say it again avoid eating too much fat and sugar. Use less salt as well.
2. Exercise also is the key to losing weight. You need to burn more calories more than you consume. You can't consume more calories more than the calories that you burn. So again, you gotta have to watch your diet. Doing 4-5 times a week of cardio for 30 minutes at least is a good deal. You don't need to push yourself through hard work out. Start from something light since you are a beginner then build yourself up. When i meant by light, i'm saying that you don't need to push yourself to run for 40 minutes... light cardio could be walking.
3. Try and drink as much water as you can! Water also helps you lose weight. Not only it helps to flash out everything but also decreases your appetite. So therefore, u'll be eating less. Try and drink 8 glasses of water a day.
4. Last but not least....'STAY MOTIVATED' get something that inspire you. You need to have commitment and dedication if you want to lose weight. Trust me they help. Like i said losing weight is not that easy but as long as you have those key no doubts you'll achieve your goal in the end. No matter how hard and how long it takes...All your time and effort will be all worth it in the end only if you stay motivated/committed.
