British people will be coming back home to celebrate the New Year eve with their family. It is usually a tradition in some cities that some people will stick together in the open area of the down town and count down in the new year eve, once the clock is clicking to the new year and everybodies will kiss their people next to him or her to celebrate the coming of a new year. They don't mind you are a strangers and whoever you are, you can still kiss the people around you.
