td banking online username?

i wanted to check my account for the first time online, but...i dont remember my username. like is it my access card number or e-mail, but i tried both and they dont work. when you went to the bank to make an account and they explained online banking, did they ask you to make your own username?i only remember making passwords and the passwords are the only thing i remember.

im just too lazy to go call.

You can try this way. At the time of registration, you have to fill in items like 1) hint question . you have given an answer to this question.and also place of birth etc. Try to play with these and try to retrieve the pass words. If you are unsuccessful, the only way is to approach the sbi branch where you have the account for fresh registration.
