Is there an official British curriculum homeschooling programme out there and could anyone give me a link?
My child, currently in year 8, has had a British International school education. Faced with a possible move to a remote location, I'd like to know how she can continue her KS3 education, without missing a year, either on a prepaid postal education package or on-line. Any information is much appreciated. Thank you.

Yep, try these.
By Correspondence (postal):
Little Arthur's @ http://www.homeeducationspecialists.org.uk/key-sta...
Oxford @ http://www.oxfordhomeschooling.co.uk/KeyStage3/Key...
Also,
Strutured Home Learning (also known as Wits End Curriculum Solutions) @ http://www.structuredhomelearning.com/SHLsecondary...
Online options:
Inter High (as in 'Internet High School') @ http://www.interhigh.co.uk/
The British e-school @ http://www.briteschool.co.uk/
First College @ http://www.firstcollege.co.uk/
North Star @ http://www.northstaruk.org/courses/pre-gcse.html
North Star is Christian, all the others are secular.
There's also the National Extension College ( http://www.nec.ac.uk/courses/category-browse?categ... ). They claim they too have pre-GCSE courses but as far as I remember they're more akin to shortened, 'taster' courses at KS4 level than KS3 courses proper.

No, in the first place you must not select yourself, but that doesn't mean that you had better as a matter a fact undergo with it once it has been elected
