Would a beauty school do someone's hair as practice for free?

Like they have top practice on people but do they do it for free like if you sign up for it?

I live in the San Berandino area.

Probably not. Cosmetology Students have mannequin heads to practice on, and work on real paying clients. When they do need models, You won't be able to pick what you want, and will have to do what they(Or the instructors want) to do, and most likely they bring in friends or relatives as models.
