They can walk in the city, but they probably won't stay for long.

Consider the story of Lot, who had to flee from the wicked city.

Consider the story of Noah, who had to build an arc to escape the destruction of his city (well, of the world).

However, that a man of God can sojourn with the ungodly, even for a short period of time, that same man of God can shine his candle bright into the darkest corners, that others may see and follow and be redeemed.

A prophet would not have to ask this question.

God sent the prophet Jonah to Nineveh to warn the heathens. It seems prophets are sent to the wicked. The apostle Paul was made tents to support himself. It is a balance to live in the world and yet not be a partaker of the sins of the world.

Some would argue that a sinful city is exactly where a prophet needs to be.

A prophet is a virus put in in the people by bugs. People are not prophet. Viruses tells what their masters the bugs intend to do to other bugs. Bugs in human fight all the time. Since people are infected by bugs that access their blood and by bugs they acquire from bathing in river and sea, and by worshiping of the dead, the bugs that eat the dead, so these vermins used the physical part of these people to attack each other.

So whenever you see a prophet, you see a temple of parasites, a person infected by viruses, a puppet of the bacteria that eat the dead, vermins talking.

Sins don't stop a prophet from spreading the Good News.

Remember that there are false prophets.

first off, a prophet wouldn't see it as "sin city". secondly he wouldn't be concerned with finding anything since he IS everything already. if you ascribe to being a prophet then it might be better to get back to basics like: why would i make judgments about things being sinful or not?

  • Jesus himself lived and dwelt among sinners. He came to heal the sick soul. He also corrected the wrongs done in the past. When He healed the sick He always said, "Now go and sin no more." This must give you some clue.God bless you.

The whole earth is full of "sin." Anyone who claims to be a prophet should probably quit earth.

I don't think you know what a prophet is by the nature of your question.
