What is a baby dragon called?

Bears are cubs, kangaroos are joeys, etc. etc.

What about dragons?

    It depends on the age. Very young ones are called hatchlings. If they are at least one year old, they are called dragonlings. Once they hit ten years, they are called drakes or wyrms, depending on whether or not they have wings.

    It may be possible that there is no word for a baby dragon, because nobody acknowleged there possible existance,

    But if one follows eptymology, they would be called Draglings
