Why are Custom Shirts so high online?

Question

I can't seem to find anywhere online that will let me design my own shirts without charging me over 11 bucks. I need a large quantity of shirts to resale for 10 dollars each but I can't find anywhere i can get them cheap why is it so high!

I ordered two from Zazzle.com for $12.95 each. They have lower prices if you order more.

A goog place to order lots of cheap tshirts in bulk is on eBay....

I ordered some shirts on there and it ended up costing me about 5 bucks
