我司貨就在12/8就交貨, 並交由我司報關行先行報關並當天下午放行, 但因為海關要求驗貨,報關行也重新給了新的封條號碼, 而我司也在第一時間給你新的封條號碼

貴司沒有任何的理由跟藉口, 對此票貨物不聞不問停留在碼頭6天而導致沒上了12/14開船日

貴司有全權的責任去追蹤此票貨的狀況並回報給我司, 因為貴司是客人信任的貨代不是嗎?

    On December 8, We handed the goods over to our customs broker

    for customs declaration, and got it released that afternoon, but Customs required

    inspection of goods, so our customs broker gave fresh sealing numbers, which we

    notified you in no time.

    貴司沒有任何的理由跟藉口, 對此票貨物不聞不問停留在碼頭6天而導致沒上了12/14開船日

    You had no reason or excuse to ignore the goods by leaving them six

    days at the pier and led to failing the shipment date of December 14.

    You, as a trusted

    freight forwarder, were wholly responsible to track and inform us of the status

    of the shipment, weren’t you?
