You receive a single notice with all bad addresses. I tried a bad TO and CC address in the same email and received this back.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.

This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

    <riooebddd@kiigg.com>:

    Sorry, I couldn't find any host named kiigg.com. (#5.1.2)

    <flbvkflgkf@llfd.com>:

    66.96.140.52 does not like recipient.

Remote host said: 550 5.1.1 <flbvkflgkf@llfd.com> recipient rejected

    Giving up on 66.96.140.52.

No, you get the unable to be delivered notice only from the address having the problem. If it was more than one address, they will be listed in that notice. Read the notice, they usually have a reason in them as to why it was not delivered. Once you know, you should be able to resolve the problem.
