What is the current status of Microsoft vs Google war?

Question

Is Microsoft in a very vulnerable position at the moment, are they on the decline or what?

I just mean in general, im not like a finance major or anything. lol

Personally, I think Microsoft is eventually going to clean Google's clock. I think their Bing search is superior. Google is going to have a tough time displacing Internet Explorer with Chrome. Microsoft has a history of deciding what they are going after and then using all their resources to achieve their goal. I.E. knocking Netscape out of the competition is a good example. Watch for Bing to outpace Google search eventually. Along with that will come the revenues generated by the top search engine.
