兩個動詞片語在意義上(以…結束)都相同，只是後面所接的結構不同:

1.

end up通常作不及物動詞，後接修飾語來修飾’end up”

I ended up by telling

2. end up with (通常作不及物動詞)+名詞

I ended up with the

secret revealed. The project ended up with a failure.
