How would you write, 'Hope's Writing' in Latin?

I know the word for Hope is Spes.

and the word for writing (the noun, not verb) is scriptum (a piece of writing).

Would it be 'Speae Scriptorum' ?? I'm not very good with the genetive case yet.

OR I could do 'Hope's Words'. . .would that be 'Speae Verborum' ??

Thanks so much!

    spei scriptum

because "spes" is not from the 1st declination, but from the 5th!

and scriptum is accusative or nominative, but not genitive...you should write all the sentence!
