CalPoly early decision portal still says no decision has been made?

Question

It is Dec 17th and the student portal still says 'no decision has been made' on my early decision application. Is this normal?

Update:

Applied for early decision on 10/01/09 and the student portal is not updated as with any decision. I will be a freshman GPA 4.8.
