What are some common backup routines for a small business?
For example, an office with 2 servers and 20 PC's.

Try cloud computing. People all over will pay 10s of thousands of dollars on there own personal servers to mirror files onto. Cloud backup costs something like $4.95 a month and 20 cents for every gb.
Just for extra information. Most cloud companies give you software that allows you to drag and drop files onto there cloud server. They often have an option that allows everything on your computer to be backed up. They tend to be more secure then any private business servers since the businesses that own these cloud servers tend to be very large corporations. Here is a link to a pretty good one. http://www.zmanda.com/cloud-backup.html

Try backing up each PC incrementally either daily or weekly. The servers should be backed up at least weekly for a small business. Get some external hard drives or small RAID arrays. You could back up the PCs to the servers and backup the servers to external drives.
