If it is against the constitution to teach racism to kids and indoctrinate them with it...?

... why is it legal (and even protected by the law) for someone to teach racism, misogyny and homophobia to children under the name of spirituality?

Here's an example of what I'm talking about:

Racism:

"You may purchase male or female slaves from among the foreigners who live among you. You may also purchase the children of such resident foreigners"

Sexism:

"For a man indeed ought not to cover [his] head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man"

Homophobia:

"And if a man lie with mankind, as with womankind, both of them have committed abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them"

Maybe because it's illegal to teach certain things in a public school. a parent however , can teach his children anything they want in their own home.
