If our FOUNDING FATHERS of this country?
were all here, what do you think they'd say about America these days and the OBAMA CARE?

They wouldn't recognize this country. This certainly isn't the America they envisioned. And i do NOT mean that because you think America is somehow radically different under President Obama.

Constructionsts would argue that the founding fathers made our nation as they wrote it. That what we got and did not get was intended. Some see the constition as a blueprint.
I see the constition as a way to a conversation. Not that it tells us what is right, what is freedom, or what liberty is, but rather how to discuss and argue these points in a civilized manner. That's because the constitition doesn't just give us the bill of rights later, but that it focused on checks and balances and a separation of powers. The constiation gives us a means to debate and means to implement, and a means to interpret the agreements that we achieve civilly.
If we go back we see the founding fathers agreed on little, they argued intently, they even argued on fundamental issues. But in the end they agreed how to argue. So to answer your question, the founding fathes would be proud of us today for tackling big issues that divide millions and affects 35 million.

This is not a christian nation it is a secular nation.
Get out of other nations business
get rid of corporations
legislate based on what is best for the many not the few
get rid of the fed reserve
take the profit out of politics
get rid of the patriot act
bring back habeas corpus
no war without a declaration

I think that if our founding fathers were here they would look at our past and see that we are a lot better off than we have been in times gone by. For example, World War I, World War II, the depression, the Civil War, etc. I think they would be pretty comfortable with where we have come to in our history.

They would be pleased about many things and horrified about many others.
The libertarian streak that ran through all of them both conservatives (Adams, Washington) and liberals (Jefferson) would ensure they would be proud of those of us that are still actively resisting government encroachments on our traditional liberties.
They would probably feel pride that we named our resistance movement after the boston Tea Party and be a little shocked at the vulgarity of the communists and socialists that describe a libertarian movement by reference to a homosexual act commonly practised by Democrats.
They would understand that foul mouthed jerks like Clinton and Obama that call patriotic children of the founding fathers "tea baggers" are no gentlemen and are unworthy successors to the likes of Washington and Jefferson.

First they'd be quite interested to see a Black guy being President. Some would think it was pretty neat and others would be horrified. Sure would be interesting to see their faces though!
They might think healthcare was a pretty good idea actually - Ben Franklyn put together a fire dept.

I can only speak about one of them:
"Repeal that [welfare] law, and you will soon see a change in
their manners. ... Six days shalt thou labor, though one of
the old commandments long treated as out of date, will again be
looked upon as a respectable precept; industry will increase,
and with it plenty among the lower people; their circumstances
will mend, and more will be done for their happiness by inuring
them to provide for themselves, than could be done by dividing
all your estates among them."
"When the people find they can vote themselves money,
that will herald the end of the republic."
"The Constitution only gives people the right to pursue happiness. You have to catch it yourself."

They would all have heart attacks after seeing all of the women and black people holding positions of authority.

first off, Thomas Jefferson would be doing a paternity test to see if Obama belonged to him...Source(s): ol' Jefferson loved the slave chicks...
