Sunnah - Important. (Half of the people believe it is not a sin, but i am from the other half)
Nafl - Not important. (But it is good to anyways.
Witr - As important as Farz. (Most people including me believe it is important and it is a sin not to pray it)

Not for Sunnah and Nafl but Witr is Wajib so we have to pray it. If it's getting late and dawn is approaching, Witr can even be 1 Rak'ah. I usually pray 3 though.
Though it's not explicitly a sin, we shouldn't neglect Sunnah prayers for no reason. The first thing that we will be asked about on the Day of Judgement is our Salah, and the extra Sunnah and Nafl prayers that we have will make up for our shortcomings in our Fard Salah.
May Allah make us among those whose Salah are in good order, so that the rest of our deeds will be likewise.

for sunnah muakkadah and witr - yes
nafl - no but on Qiyaamah, the nafl prayers will replace the missing fardh prayers you lack in.
sunnah ghair muakkadah (of asr and esha) - no but shudnt miss on a custom, should make habit of praying because it is Sunnah yani' Way of Prophet (saws), sahabah, and tabi'een and all other righteous muslims

It's not a sin.
if you don't pray the wajib it's a sin,but the sunnah we do it to have more hasanat,and because prophet Mohammed used to do it.
so,if you can pray it every thursday for example it will be a very good thing.

witr is Wajib. it is sinful if you miss
nafil = optional prayers.
sunnat= regular actions of the Prophet(pbuh) however missed at times so it didn't become farz upon the ummah
however the sunnat-e- muakkadah- ( more emphasised)...prayers if missed regularly one is sinful...
sunnat-e-ghair muakkadah...not encouraged to miss however if you do no sin
May Allah increase our knowledge
