Benelli's M4 has, in my opinion, a superior operating system, the ARGO (automatically regulated gas operated). Dave's Metal Works sells a one piece tube, which gives you 7+1 capacity with 2-3/4" shells. While any shotgun you buy is only as accurate as the shooter, the Benelli (at 1600 bucks) is semi auto, handles any load you feed it, and is rock solid. I own one. I also have an old High Standard K20-6 5+ 1 pump "riot" gun in 12 gauge. I paid 150 bucks for it, and it works perfectly. I wouldn't want to stand in front of any of your choices. I bought the Benelli because the M4 is currently in service in Iraq, its rugged, and for home defense, I want a proven performer.
With guns, generally you get what you pay for.
