what do you think of this brand?

im looking into buying a pair of Aigle brand boots. they are water proof, and my instructor loves her pair. the ones im looking at are on ebay and they are the ecuyer pro boots. they are not traditionally styled though, so im wondering, if i wanted, could i use these for showing or in the very traditional hunt field?

im reallly not sure, but i want a pair and ive found these for a very reasonable price. but im not so sure if i should spend the money if i can only use them for trailing and schooling. but i do want a pair, so what do you guys think? and if any of you own a pair, how do you like them?

thanks guys!!!

heres some pics of the boots!!!

Nah, I would pass on this deal! If you are wanting to show in the hunters/jumpers, you need something very traditional, I would not show in a jumping class with those boots. Looks and style matters for hunters! Either a pair of tall field boots, or paddock boots & half chaps, or jodhpur boots and jodhpurs. I've never seen this brand before, if I were you I would pass on these boots and get more of a traditional boot. Don't be afraid to look second hand! You can get very nice pair of boots for a good price! Here are some tall/paddock boots, if you don't know what I am talking about :)
