How is Dexter going to kill John Lithgow now that he knows who he really is?

He should have killed him way before.

    Actually, killing him now shouldn't be much more difficult than killing him before he knew. Dexter's problem now is making sure that his friends at the police department don't make the connection between him and Trinity - and insuring that his own family is safe from him.
