(1) in which=in second-order spectra 放回peaks後面

(2)unexpected=that are unexpected 其中that是Nuclei 的關代(我並不是很確定that是否是Nuclei的關代)

Update:

Nuclei that are not magnetically equivalent sometimes give second-order spectra, that are unexpected peaks in second-order spectra may appear in multiplets.

We sometimes hold meetings.

Everyone may speak at will in the meetings.

We sometimes hold meetings, AND everyone may speak at will in the meetings.

We sometimes hold meetings, everyone may speak at will in WHICH.

We sometimes hold meetings, [WHICH] everyone may speak at will in.

We sometimes hold meetings, in [WHICH] may speak at will.

[We]=[Nuclei that are not magnetically equivalent]

(that are not magnetically equivalent)是一個形容詞子句, 修飾nuclei.

[hold]=[give]

[meetings]=[second-order spectra]=[which]

[everyone]=[unexpected peaks ]

[may speak]=[may appear]

[at will]=[in multiplets]
