The free ones are just like everyone elses. Resumes are EXTREMELY important, it is your first impression. You need to stand out, and they are only generic resumes that won't get you the job. It doesn't use keyword optimization, etc. I own a resume writing business. I only charge $35 and it includes a free cover letter and ascII resume.
