Help, how can i remove personal security anti virus?

o.k. i downloaded the melwar thing to remove the personal securty program. but every time when i click "SCAN" to scan the computer, the window stays for 3 seconds and disapper. help i want it to scan

    Did you know Personal Security was not real antivirus. It's a counterfeit security tool that tries to rip people off by making them believe their PCs are infected. The ultimate goal Personal Security pursues is to have you buy its licensed copy (which is totally useless and even dangerous). So do not fall victim of this scareware.

    i did not realy understand that program did you downloaded, but try to run scan in SAFE MODE.

    Also you can try to scan your PC with Spyware Doctor and see it it finds any malware traces:

    Stopping System Processes

    1.Press the "Ctrl," "Alt" and "Delete" keys at the same time. Click the "Task Manager" button.

    2.Click on the "Processes" tab and select the process "PAV.exe."

    3.Click the "End Process" button.

    Deleting Files and Directory

    1.Go to the "Start" menu and click on "Search."

    2.Check the box next to "All Files and Folders" and type "pav.exe." Hit "Enter" and then delete all of the found entries.

    it's personal security blocking the scanner. unfortunately it blocks most of antispyware tools. but you can delete it on your own, use removal guide
