    photograph voltaic plates you could purchase in quiapo, P1000+ a million panel/6 volts, P3500+ a million panel/12 volts, a lot greater value-effective than those you could purchase at ACE hardwares. as for the windmill, i don't have a concept. I in basic terms put in a photograph voltaic panel so i will save on electrical energy, we use it as a evening mild for my 5 12 months previous youngster.

    ask the energy department of your government , they also give the regulations there
