is it possible to lose weight and shape up in 20 days?

i am 158cm tall and weigh 53kg. i hope i can at least lose 2 more kgs in 20 days. i jogged for 3 weeks, cut down food amount by not taking rice and more water i lost 1.5 kg. but i stopped for 3 weeks due to mount high leveled sch work and now i cant keep up with cutting down the amount of food. i started rope jumping for 100 times and carrying 2kg dumbells at least 100 times each side once every 2 days. i wanna know if this is gonna work or should i add something else? i have transport problem to go to a gym or to go jogging at a park. jogging outside my house is a bad idea coz the stray dogs are so aggressive. help me out?
