Does anyone knows? If i work in Hong Kong again will cause any criminal punishment because goverment site did not mention the period .. So worry!

Yes, you can work in Hong Kong, as long as you reopen your tax account, then you can collect MPF again, but do bear in mind, if you do that, than your salary will be taxable in both HK and UK (Pay both countries's taxes). Unless you close the UK Tax account and Claim Non-Resident Status in UK, then you will not need to pay tax to UK Government.
