姐姐辦理擔保移民美國,需等幾年?

我於2001年10月由姐姐辦理擔保移民美國(屬第4優先兄第姐妹),聽說還有2年左右排期已到,是嗎?但由於我姐姐到目前都沒有上班,在家帶小孩,由她先生撫養.

關於經濟擔保,係由我表姐出面擔保負責

那到時如果我們被通知面談時.可否通過?

如何補救?

In answering your questions:

1. I will say be prepared for 3 years. Usually it will take 1 year to process your application (Your application will not be work on until a visa quota is available. In other word, your must pass the priority date which they are processing now).

2. Additional form (I-864A) will be needed.
