Is using Hydrogen Paroxide safe for your teeth?

I'm trying to whiten my teeth using Baking soda and Hydrogen Peroxide and it's my first time. But when I did it, it ended up giving me this.. Stinging sensation on my gums, and it irritated the hell out of me. Of course it didn't last long ( 5-10 minutes ), but is this normal? Should I stop using it? Yes, i read the back label, saying it can also be used for gargling.

Hydrogen Peroxide IS safe if you use that correctly. 5 ~10 minutes isn't enough to give you any sore or stinging sensation. That kills the bacterias and plaques without damage your enamel.

The problem is the baking soda: it remove stains and fungus, but it's an abrasive, you cant use more than 2 times per week and you can't never harsh brush your teeth or gum with baking soda, or you'll get a sore gum and damage your enamel (use baking soda carefully), mainly if you are sensitive. I would suggest you to stop with baking soda or just use 1 time per week, when you're not using peroxide.

Hydrogen Peroxide can be utilized to urge vomiting in puppies in an emergency. I doubt it will have to be used for whatever else. See the vet to have a dental cleansing and examination performed. If the whole thing exams out, and your puppy nonetheless suffers from unhealthy breath, it'll have an inner obstacle or perhaps a deficient vitamin. A prime excellent vitamin will aid with the unhealthy breath and even as brushing their enamel every day is ok, giving uncooked meaty bones a couple of occasions every week works higher.
