Um... well... I wouldn't say its healthy definatly no cheese... cats are lactose intolerant. However, I am a guilty party at giving my cat a hamburger when we stopped at burger king during really long car trips.. she loved going for car rides, and would share a couple with the Chihuahuas. However, I would avoid it being very greasy and like I said, no cheese.
I won't call you a bad person for it, because like I said, I did it.. and my cat was very healthy and its not like I did it a whole lot..(no more than once or twice a month) she'd even get hot dogs.
As for giving her one every single time you eat one.. for one.. that's really bad for you as a human, nevermind a cat... so no.. not every single time.. that shouldn't be more than once a month if you feel you must give your cat the same food you're eating.
And never a full one...
MEAT ISN"T BAD FOR CATS THEY ARE CARNIVORES! DUH!
Also... try boiling the meat instead of cooking it on the stove.. its healthier for the cat.. and maybe buy it turkey meat instead of hamburg meat.
