As what you has mention above, when you soap some soapbubble on the bottlemouth, U has make a thin layer of "cover" on there.
This thin soap layer has resist the external air from entering the bottle and vice versa. So now the bottle is a close system(no mass flow or energy flow).
When u press on the bottle, volume of the bottle decrease however the volume of the air inside the bottle is remain. Gas law, "volume decrease, pressure incease". So, the gas inside which has experience pressure increase was forced to exit the bottle since there are lower pressure outside the bottle. At the same time, the bottle mouth has weakest structure that is easiest to break for the gas inside. Hence, gas flow to exit from there. That's why bubble is produced when u press on the bottle.
For you information, if you don't put soapbubble on the bottle mouth and you press on the bottle, you will feel gas flow out from the bottle. That's same as what I has wrote above.
