Simmered Tuscan Chicken

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 4 cups)
1 medium red bell pepper(s), cut into large pieces
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style Pasta Sauce
1 lb. fresh or frozen cut green beans
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
1. In 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken with garlic until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.
2. In same skillet, add potatoes and bell pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Return chicken to skillet and heat through.
