Need help with next Amigurumi Animal to Crochet!?

Question

I'm in a creative mood and want to crochet an amigurumi animal. However, I'm having trouble thinking of something. I want it to be a little obscure, but not overly. I've already made the following so please exclude these from your suggestions: penguin, hedgehog, fox, dog, cat, giraffe, zebra, lion, chicken, duck, panda, elephant, etc. I plan on making my own pattern for this animal so it doesn't matter if there's not a pattern already on the net. Have you tired to crochet a meerkat? Meerkats don't really have a crochet/knitting pattern. I'd love to see one! :)

Or if you don't want to crochet animals, you can do certain food, like cakes or fruits. I've seen some on the internet and they look cool.
