wash your hands
use your forefinger and tumb to pick up the lens and put onto your pupils
Take them out similarly
I advice you not to use contact lens
because
your eyes need oxygen
wear them overnight may hurt your eyes
they are external things and may cause gems
My daughter was one of the victim
If you insist wearing them, I suggest you using disposal lens instead
