Can u explain what happened to the last couple that ran into a native town?

Did the survive or what?

ugh this was a horrible movie, In the end yes they did end up being killed, I cant remember much but When she had the video recording going they were talking or doing something and in the background you can see the native people picking up an axe and they hit the guy with it, thats all I can remember sorry I cant be of more help,
