My body measurements are 38-30-39, and I'm a 6ft tall girl. I'm 180 pounds, how much weight should I lose?
I'm trying to lose weight for basketball season, what are some tips and stuff I can do to get in shape, and goal measurements I could use?

Are you quite muscular in build because I would have pegged you at about 160lb max with those stats.....the measurements sound average size for the height, even slim. You are probably very compact with more muscle than fat. Don't focus on the weight, check out your body fat percentage instead.
