Applies to claims arising out of sexual assault, like assault & battery (including rape), intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent hiring, retention, and supervision, as well as Title VII civil rights claims, which were specifically designed to protect vulnerable groups in the workplace.
Update 3: USA I've looked up what the bill contains and personally believe that no matter what it contained as well, that it should have still been passed without refusal, becuase the whole woman able to defend her self legally from abuse and rape seems major. But yeh the details are on his site.
Update 4: Big Jon: If you notice I wasn't equating any Republicans with it, I was hoping they disagreed, that was all. Really, I just find it wrong. Also insults never help ya case. If ya must know I'm an anarchist in my beliefs.
