3 lights switches connected to two lights sharing issue?
The switch that turns out the lights out has to use that switch that turns them back on. This is all true only if the number one switch is in the on position. Can I attach photos? The number one switch is a three way switch and the other two are single pole switches. Is this OK?

If you have three switches connected to the same light(s) they cannot be single pole switches. How many wires are there in the junction boxes for these lights?

Some one has not done their job correctly. A lot of electricians get confused when they are installing 3 and 4 way switches. You should get someone that can read a volt meter so they can wire in the proper switches correctly. You can leave it the way it is but sounds like a pain in the &*%. When you buy the switches they have directions and you should replace all to the same type 4 way type switches

Yes, it is OK if this is what you want.
However it is not wired correctly.
You need two 3-ways and one 4-way in between the 3-ways for it to work properly.
