    Tangible: Compensation and benefits packages. (What we get)

    Intangible: Acceptable behavior (How and when we Work as well as how we interact with our internal and external customers)

    Personal Interaction

    Alignment of individual and group work towards a common goal

    levels of formality

    performance expectations and how it is addressed

    What we say and what we do.....is it the same for management and individual contributors?
