    L(x) = f(a) + f'(a)(x - a)

    f(x) = (x + 1)/x

    f(a) = f(1) = 2

    f'(x) = [x - (x + 1)]/x² = -1/x²

    f'(a) = f'(1) = -1

    L(x) = 2 - (x - 1) = 2 - x + 1

    L(x) = 3 - x
