    →背部若能隨時在椅背的表面起伏角度介於10至15度的情況下貼在椅背上,如此的靠背坐姿是最受(專家)推從的,同時對於預防視力受損及避免脊椎彎曲或駝背是最恰當也是最簡單的方式。
